About

Technology that is meant to pay off.

In shortEcomize is a company from Bielsko-Biała, Poland, that designs and builds custom applications, integrates ERP and KSeF systems and automates processes using AI — for B2B and e-commerce companies. The company is run by Mateusz Lachowicz, who has been implementing technology in companies' daily work for over 15 years.

An entrepreneur, not just a programmer.

We design every implementation with a measurable return in mind: less manual work, fewer errors, faster decisions.

If a solution will not bring real business value, we say so plainly — before the first line of code is written.

Practicality

We implement only what will really help your company. There is no room here for technology for its own sake.

Return on investment

Every project is meant to pay off. Before we start, we calculate how much manual work and how many errors it will remove, and when it will pay for itself.

How we work

Four stages. No surprises.

  1. Workshop

    1–2 weeks
    • A review of processes and tools
    • Bottlenecks and places to automate
    • Priorities by return on investment

Outcome: A report with recommendations and an implementation plan

  2. Prototype

    2–3 weeks
    • Solution architecture
    • Choice of technologies
    • Specification and screen prototypes

Outcome: Technical documentation and a prototype

  3. MVP (implementation)

    4–8 weeks
    • Implementation and testing
    • Data migration and launch
    • User training

Outcome: A working solution and a trained team

  4. Growth

    ongoing
    • Performance and availability monitoring
    • Regular reviews and optimizations
    • Updates and new features

Outcome: The scope of support agreed in the contract

Security and GDPR from day one.

The systems we build work on the data of companies and their customers. That is why security is not an add-on.

  • Sign-in with 2FA

A password plus a TOTP code or a passkey in the applications we build.

  • Roles and permissions

Everyone sees only what they need — permissions granted per module and tab.

  • Audit log

Who changed what and when — change history and document logs.

  • Encryption and backups

Encrypted connections (TLS), regular backups, system monitoring.

  • GDPR

We process only the data needed for the process to work and we document its flow.

  • AI Act

The AI bots and assistants we build clearly tell the other party that they are an AI.
