Automation and AI

Less clicking. More work that makes sense.

In shortAI-powered process automation means workflows that fetch data on their own, make simple decisions and notify people only when needed. We combine n8n, our own Python services and AI models (Claude, Gemini, Mistral OCR) — from reading invoices out of PDFs to an agent that turns a customer enquiry into a quote.

Scale

Hundreds of automations. Every day.

Hundreds of automations run in our deployments: they fetch documents, synchronize systems, prepare reports and wake people up only when something needs a decision.

What we automate most often.

Documents without retyping

Orders and invoices from email get into the system on their own — also from PDFs, thanks to AI.

Approval workflow

The right person gets a task, a reminder and a button for the decision.

System synchronization

ERP, shop, CRM and spreadsheets speak the same language — no copy-paste.

Notifications and alerts

Email or Telegram only when something needs a reaction.

Reports that build themselves

Daily summaries and dashboards instead of gluing data together by hand.

AI assistants

An agent that prepares quotes from customer enquiries, a KSeF invoice-matching assistant and, on request, a customer service bot.

AI bots and assistants, tailored to your company.

Built on current AI models, connected to your data and systems.

AI quoting agent

A customer enquiry from a file (including a scan) or pasted text turns into a quote: AI picks goods from the ERP catalogue, prices are calculated by customer segment, and the result goes to XLSX and the basket in the B2B shop.

Invoice-matching assistant

For KSeF invoice lines without an assigned product, AI proposes a card from the ERP. The operator decides with one click, and the AI has read-only access to the data.

Internal agent

Runs tasks and workflows on the team's command and answers questions about company data.

Customer service bot (on demand)

We can build a bot that answers customers based on the company's knowledge base.

We design bots in line with the AI Act: from the first message they tell the other party that they are talking to an AI (Article 50(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, applicable from 2 August 2026). Cases they cannot resolve can be handed over to the team.

Automation and AI — questions and answers

What can be automated in a company?

Most often: receiving and retyping orders and invoices, approval workflows, reports, data synchronization between systems, notifications about important events and answers to repetitive questions. A good candidate for automation is work that someone does every day by the same rules.

What tools do you use for automation?

Mainly n8n and our own services in Python and Node.js, connected to company systems through APIs, databases, email and webhooks. We choose the tool to fit the process — not the other way round.

How does AI help with automation?

AI reads documents (e.g. invoices in PDF), summarizes data, classifies messages and answers questions about company information. We use, among others, the Claude and Gemini models, and Mistral OCR for reading documents. Where simple rules are enough, we do not add AI.

How quickly will I see the results of automation?

A simple automation usually works after 1–2 weeks. Larger workflows we deploy in stages, so that the first part is already working in the first month.

Do AI bots have to meet AI Act requirements?

Yes. From 2 August 2026 an AI system that talks to people must disclose that it is AI (Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). The Digital Omnibus did not postpone this date. In Poland, supervision of these rules is regulated by the Act on Artificial Intelligence Systems (Journal of Laws 2026, item 1003). We take this into account in the bot design, together with GDPR.
